6E Club FAQ: Short Answers for New Players

Reviewed on · 6E Club help centre · simple English

Bear librarian holding a question mark card for the 6E Club FAQ

This 6E Club FAQ collects the small questions that come up once you start: why a username was rejected, what the Refill button does, why a round paid 1.5x, or what to do when a stranger calls. Each answer is short, and the questions are sorted into six groups so you can jump straight to yours.

One naming note before you start. 6E Club is its own name, separate from “6 Club”, and nothing on this site is linked to that other name. If you want the bigger picture first, the 6E Club start page explains what this help centre is in a few lines.

How to Use This 6E Club FAQ

Find the group that matches your question in the table, then tap its name in the list of contents above. Each group has five quick answers. Under every group you will find a link to the full guide on that topic, in case the short answer is not enough.

Getting Started

What do I need before I start?

A phone or computer with an up-to-date browser, an internet connection, and you must be 18 or older. That is all. There is no app to install, no email or phone number to verify, and nothing to pay.

Which browsers work best?

Recent versions of Chrome, Samsung Internet, Safari, Firefox and Edge all work. Keep your browser updated, and use one main browser for the game, because your account is saved inside the browser you sign up in.

Do I have to play to learn the rules?

No. You can read how rooms, picks and results work without ever opening the game. Many people read first and play later. Playing a few slow rounds does help the rules make sense, but it is always optional.

Can I use a computer instead of a phone?

Yes. The game opens in any modern desktop browser in the same way. Just remember that an account made on your computer stays on that computer. It will not appear on your phone.

Why must I confirm that I am 18 or older?

Colour rounds are fast and can turn into a habit, so the game is meant for adults only. The tick box is your promise that you are an adult. If children use the same phone, sign out after every session.

Ready to make your first account? The sign-up checklist for beginners walks through each field and the first few minutes after you join.

Your Account

Why was my username rejected?

A username needs 3 to 20 characters and may use only lowercase letters, numbers and the underscore. Spaces, capital letters, dots, dashes and emoji are not allowed. Try something like ravi_2026 or tea_lover7.

How is my password protected?

It is never saved as plain text. The browser keeps only a salted SHA-256 hash, a scrambled fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the password. That is also why nobody can look it up or reset it for you.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes. You can make several accounts in the same browser, and each one has its own coins, history and Club Stars. This is handy when adults share a phone. Sign out before you switch from one account to another.

Will clearing my browser history delete my account?

Clearing history alone usually does not. Clearing cookies and site data, or using a cleaning app that wipes browser storage, does remove the account. If you want to keep it, untick site data when you clean up.

What happens to my account if I uninstall or reset the browser?

The account goes with the browser data. Uninstalling the browser, resetting it or resetting the phone removes everything saved by the game. Since nothing is kept online, it cannot be brought back afterwards.

If a sign-in still fails after reading these 6E Club FAQ answers, the fixes for every sign-in message match each error with its cause. For a technical look at how browsers keep site data, see this short explainer on browser local storage.

Coins and Club Stars

What does the Refill coins button do?

It sets your balance back to 5,000 practice coins at any time, however many you have left. You can press it as often as you like. It does not lower your Club Stars progress.

How big can a single pick be?

You choose a chip of 10, 50, 100 or 500 coins and a quantity from 1 to 100. The pick size is the chip times the quantity. You cannot place more coins than your current balance holds.

How are Club Stars counted?

By rounds played. Star 1 comes at 10 rounds, Star 2 at 50, Star 3 at 150, Star 4 at 400 and Star 5 at 1,000. Several picks in the same round still count as one round played.

Why would I want Club Stars if they unlock nothing?

They are a simple record of how much you have played, nothing more. Many people find that useful: if your stars climb faster than you expected, it is a good moment to look at your time limits.

Do coins or stars carry over to a new account?

No. Every new account starts fresh with 5,000 practice coins and no stars. Nothing moves between accounts, and nothing moves between browsers or phones.

Rooms and Results

Why do the four rooms show different countdowns?

Each room has its own round length: 30 sec, 1 min, 3 min or 5 min. All four run at the same time on India time (IST), so when one room is near its end, another may have just begun.

I picked Green and 5 came up. Why did I get 1.5x and not 2x?

Digit 5 is both green and violet, so it counts as a half-colour result. A Green pick returns 2x on 1, 3, 7 or 9 and 1.5x on 5. Red works the same way: 2x on 2, 4, 6 or 8 and 1.5x on 0.

What does the digit count under the results show?

It counts how often each digit came up in the last 100 results of that room. It only describes the past. It does not make any digit more or less likely next time, because every draw is a fresh 1 in 10.

Where can I see the picks I made earlier?

Open My picks. It keeps your last 200 picks, so you can see what you chose in each round and how it turned out. It is a good place to check how a session really went.

Can a friend on another phone see the same result for the same round?

Not necessarily. The digit is drawn inside each browser, so two phones can show different results for the same period number. This is also why nobody can send you the result of a round ahead of time.

For a full walk-through, the first-round guide with every return goes step by step, and the page on how round codes are numbered explains the long code beside each result. The draw itself uses the browser’s built-in random number function.

Phones and Browsers

Does the game work on an old phone with little storage?

Usually, yes. Nothing is installed, so it uses very little storage. Keep the browser updated, close tabs you are not using, and restart the phone now and then if pages start to feel slow.

Will the game use a lot of mobile data?

The pages are light and rounds are drawn on your own device, so data use stays low. Most of what you spend comes from leaving tabs open in the background, so close the game when you finish.

I am getting a new phone. What should I do with my old account?

Nothing transfers, so make a new free account on the new phone. Before you sell or give away the old phone, use Delete account or reset the phone, so the next owner cannot open your history.

Why does the game act strangely when I open it from a chat app link?

Links inside chat and social apps often open in a small built-in browser that may not keep site data. Use the menu to open the page in your main browser instead, and sign up or sign in there.

Does the home screen icon need updates?

No. The icon is a shortcut to the web page, so it always opens the latest version of the game. There is nothing to download or update, and you can remove the icon at any time like any other shortcut.

Want one-tap access? The home screen icon guide shows the steps for Android and iPhone browsers, plus tips for phones that are short on data or storage.

Safety and Scams

Someone in a group chat says they can see results early. Is that possible?

No. Each digit is drawn at random inside your own browser at the moment of the result, so nobody has it beforehand. People who say they do are trying to sell you something or get your money.

A caller says they are from support for this game. What should I do?

Hang up. This site has no phone line and never calls anyone. Do not share your screen, an OTP or any code, and do not install any app they suggest. You can block the number and report it on 1930.

Is it safe to type my password on this site?

Your password stays in your browser as a scrambled hash and is never sent anywhere. Even so, use a password you do not use for your email, bank or UPI apps. That habit protects you on every site.

Where can I talk to someone if I feel low after playing?

Call Tele MANAS on 14416. It is free, confidential and open to anyone in India. The iCall service also offers trained counsellors. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out.

What proof should I keep if I was scammed?

Keep screenshots of the chats, the phone numbers, the web addresses and the UPI or bank transaction IDs. Do not delete the messages. Then call 1930 and file a report on the cyber crime portal the same day.

If something went wrong and you need more than a 6E Club FAQ answer can give, the self-help desk and contact options explain how to reach this site. To report fraud, use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or call 1930.

Still Stuck? Three Things to Try

Some problems need a little detective work. If no answer in this 6E Club FAQ fits, try these steps in order before you write to us.

  1. Check the browser. Are you in the same browser, on the same phone, where you made the account? Is it a normal tab, not a private one? Most account puzzles end here.
  2. Reload and retry. Close other tabs, reload the page and try again. If the problem stays, restart the browser, then the phone.
  3. Write it down. Note what you see on screen, your phone model and browser, and what you have tried. Then send it through the contact page. Never include your password.

A Short Word on Safe Play

Short answers like the ones in this 6E Club FAQ make it easy to dip in and out, and the game works the same way. Before you open a room, decide when you will stop, and keep to it even if the last few results felt exciting.

If play starts to affect your sleep, mood or money, take a break and talk to someone. The Tele MANAS helpline on 14416 is free and confidential.

Adults (18+) only. The coins in the 6E Club practice game are a learning balance: you cannot buy them or turn them into money, and nobody knows a round's result before it is drawn. Online money games have been illegal across India since 1 May 2026 under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. See our complete safety guide for time limits, breaks and free support.
