6E Club Customer Care: Self-Help Desk for New Players
Reviewed on · 6E Club help centre · simple English

Welcome to the 6E Club customer care desk, run as a self-help centre. Most problems with the free game, from a sign-in that will not work to a screen that freezes mid-round, can be fixed on your own phone with one or two small changes. This page shows you how, symptom by symptom.
When self-help is not enough, you can write to us through the contact page. This site keeps no phone line, no WhatsApp number and no public email address. That matters, because any “6E Club customer care number” that turns up online belongs to someone else. Below you will also learn how to spot those fakes and what to do if you already called one.
How the 6E Club Customer Care Desk Works
Your account sits inside your own browser, so most fixes happen on your side of the screen. There is no server holding your data, which means nobody at this site can look up your account, reset a password or add coins. That sounds limiting, but it also means nobody can take over your account from a distance.
Three steps to a fix
- Find your symptom in the table below and try the quick fix next to it.
- Run the five checks if the problem stays: browser, private mode, storage, connection and updates.
- Write to us through this site’s contact page if nothing worked, or if you want to report a fake page, app or number.
What the help desk can do
- Explain how the game, the coins, the rooms and Club Stars work.
- Help you work out why a screen or a sign-in is misbehaving.
- Correct errors in our guides when you point them out.
- Take reports of fake pages, apps and phone numbers that use the 6E Club name.
What nobody here can do
- See, restore or move your account, because it lives only in your browser.
- Reset a forgotten password. No reset exists, so you make a new account instead.
- Change a result. Each digit is drawn at random in your browser, and nobody can see or set it early.
- Send, sell or cash out coins. They have no cash value.
Knowing these limits up front saves time. It also gives you a quick test for fake helpers: anyone who claims to offer 6E Club customer care by restoring coins, unlocking an account or changing a result is promising something this site cannot do.
Why we skip the phone line
Calling only helps when staff can open your account and act on it. Here, there is no account on a server to open, no payment to check and no password to reset, so a caller could not do anything for you that the table below cannot. Keeping 6E Club customer care to one written route also makes fakes easy to spot: if a voice on the phone says it is us, you already know it is not.

Symptom and Quick Fix Table
Start here for any 6E Club customer care question about the game itself. Find the line that matches what you see, then try the fix in the last column. Most rows need only a tap or two.
| What you see | Likely cause | Quick fix |
|---|---|---|
| “Wrong username or password” on the right phone | A typing slip, a capital letter or an extra space | Type slowly. Usernames use only lowercase letters, numbers and underscore. |
| Your account is not found at all | A different browser, a private tab, cleared data or another phone | Open the browser you signed up in. If the data was cleared, make a new account. |
| Forgot your password | No reset exists, since nothing is stored online | Make a new account with a new username. You start again with 5,000 coins. |
| Sign-up form will not go through | Username outside 3–20 characters, password under 6 characters, or the 18+ box not ticked | Check each rule again and tick the age box. |
| Balance is low or zero | Coins were used on picks | Tap “Refill coins” to go back to 5,000. |
| Club Stars are not moving | Stars count rounds played, not coins | Keep playing rounds. Star 1 comes at 10 rounds. |
| Cannot place a pick | It is the last 5 seconds of the period, when picks close | Wait for the next period to open, then pick early. |
| Timer looks different from a friend’s | The phone clock is not on automatic time | Turn on automatic date and time. Rooms run on India time (IST). |
| Results look out of date | The tab sat in the background or the connection dropped | Reload the page to fetch the latest view. |
| Page loads slowly | Weak mobile data or many open tabs | Close other tabs, or switch to Wi-Fi or a stronger signal. |
| Screen freezes mid-round | Low memory on a budget phone | Close background apps, then reload the page. |
| Buttons look cut off | Browser zoom or a very large font setting | Reset the zoom, or turn the phone sideways. |
Sign-in trouble
Most sign-in problems come from opening the game in a different browser from the one used at sign-up. If you signed up in Chrome, Samsung Internet will not know that account, and the reverse is true too. The 6E Club login error guide lists each message you might see and what it means.
Coins and Club Stars
Coins go up and down with your picks, and the “Refill coins” button resets them to 5,000 whenever you like. Club Stars are only badges for rounds played: Star 1 needs 10 rounds and Star 5 needs 1,000. They add no perks, so a slow star count is nothing to fix.
Rooms and results
Four rooms run side by side, with rounds of half a minute, one minute, three minutes and five minutes, all on India time. In the final 5 seconds of every period, picks are locked. Each result is one digit from 0 to 9, drawn at random, so a run of the same colour is not a fault. The digit count in the results list describes the past and predicts nothing.
Slow or frozen screens
On budget phones, many open tabs and background apps eat memory. Close what you do not need and reload. If you use the game often, a home-screen shortcut opens it in a cleaner window; see the home-screen icon and low-data tips for each browser.

Five Checks Before You Write to Us
If the table did not solve it, run these five checks. They clear up most leftover problems and save you the wait for a reply.
- Same browser? Open the exact browser app you used at sign-up, whether Chrome, Samsung Internet, Safari or another. Accounts do not move from one to another on their own.
- Private mode off? Private or incognito tabs forget everything when you close them. Use a normal tab.
- Storage allowed? If you block site data, or a cleaner app wipes browser data, the game cannot remember you. Here is a short explainer on how browser storage works.
- Connection steady? Rounds and timers need the page to load fully. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way round, to compare.
- Browser up to date? Old browser versions can break buttons or timers. Update from your app store, then reload the page.
If all five checks pass and the problem is still there, that is useful information in itself. Mention it when you write, so we know which common causes are already ruled out.
When to Contact This Site
Write to us when self-help has not worked, or when something needs our attention. The only route for 6E Club customer care is the contact page on this site. We do not run a phone line, a WhatsApp chat, a Telegram group or a social media inbox for support, and we do not show an email address.
| Reason to write | What we can do | What we cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| A fix in this guide did not work | Suggest other steps for your phone and browser | Look inside your account or browser |
| You found an error in a guide | Check it and correct the page | Change game rules or returns for one person |
| A fake page, app or number uses the name | Add a warning for other readers | Take legal action or get money back for you |
| You lost money to a scam | Point you to 1930, cybercrime.gov.in and your bank | Trace or refund payments, since we never take any |
| A question about how rounds work | Explain colours, sizes, numbers and returns | Tell you the next result, which nobody knows |
| A forgotten password or lost account | Explain how to start a fresh account | Restore the old account, which existed only in your browser |
What to include in your message
- Your phone type and browser, for example “Android phone, Chrome”.
- Which room you were in (the 30-second, 1-minute, 3-minute or 5-minute room) and roughly when, in India time.
- The period number shown on screen, if the problem happened during a round.
- What you expected and what happened instead, in a sentence or two.
- For a fake page or number: the link, the number exactly as shown, and where you saw it.
Never put these in a message
Do not send your password, any OTP, a UPI PIN, card numbers, or Aadhaar or PAN details. We never need them, and no genuine help desk should ever ask. Your game username is fine to share if it helps explain the problem.
A sample message
A clear 6E Club customer care message can be short. Something like this gives us everything we need:
“Android phone, Chrome. In the 1-minute room around 8:15 pm IST, the timer stopped at 12 seconds and the page froze. I reloaded twice and ran the five checks. My balance looks right, but the last round is missing from My picks.”
Notice what it leaves out: no password, no OTP and no payment details. Nothing like that is ever needed to describe a problem.
About reply times
We read messages in the order they arrive and reply when we can. There is no paid “priority” service, and anyone offering faster help for a fee is not us. For money questions in particular, our page on why there is nothing to withdraw may answer you sooner than a reply.
Spotting a Fake 6E Club Customer Care Helpline
Type “6E Club customer care number” into a search bar and several may appear. None of them belong to this site. Scammers post numbers where worried users look: search ads, video descriptions, comment sections, edited map listings and lookalike websites.
Where fake numbers usually hide
- Sponsored search results that appear above real pages when you type “helpline” or “contact number”.
- Comments under videos about colour games, often posted by several new accounts at once.
- Business listings on maps that someone has edited to add a phone number.
- Copycat sites that use a similar name, colours and logo, with a “round-the-clock support” banner.
- Messages in WhatsApp or Telegram groups from someone calling themselves an agent or manager.
Wherever you see it, a number that claims to offer 6E Club customer care leads to the same place: a stranger who wants your details or your money.
Three quick questions to ask
- Where did the number come from? If it is not on this site’s contact page, it is not ours, and we list no number there at all.
- What does the caller want? Any request for an OTP, a PIN, a payment, remote access or an app install ends the call.
- Is there pressure? Threats that your account will be “blocked today” or that a “refund will expire” are scripts designed to rush you.
| What the caller says | The truth on this site |
|---|---|
| “I am from 6E Club support. Your account is blocked.” | Accounts live in your browser. Nobody can block one from a distance. |
| “Share the OTP so I can verify you.” | This site never sends OTPs and never needs one. |
| “Install this app so I can fix your account.” | Screen-share and remote apps let strangers watch your bank PIN. Nothing needs installing. |
| “Pay a small fee to restore your coins.” | Coins are free. Refill coins resets them to 5,000 at no cost. |
| “Your payout is stuck; pay to release it.” | There is no payout of any kind. Coins have no cash value. |
| “Message us on WhatsApp for faster help.” | There is no WhatsApp support for this site. |
Fake support is a common kind of phishing, where the scammer pretends to be a helper to get details you would never give a stranger. A real 6E Club customer care reply will only ever come back to you through the channel you used to write to us.

If You Already Called a Fake Number
Many people only realise something was wrong after the call ends. Here is what to do, starting with the most urgent step.
- End contact. Hang up, block the number, and do not answer if they call back from a new one.
- Remove remote apps. If they had you install a screen-sharing or remote-access app, uninstall it now and restart the phone.
- Protect your money. If you shared an OTP, a PIN or a card number, ring your bank on the number printed on your card and ask them to block it.
- Dial 1930. Report it to the national cyber fraud helpline, even if you are not certain money was taken.
- Register a complaint. File it at cybercrime.gov.in with the number, the call time and any screenshots.
- Change passwords. Start with your email and payment apps, then any other account that used the same password.
- Tell us the number. Send it through the contact page for scam reports so other readers can be warned.
If you only talked and shared nothing at all, the main risk is more calls. Block the number, do not pick up unknown callers who mention 6E Club, and stay alert for messages that try a second time.
Signs that money may have moved
- An SMS about a debit, a new payee or a UPI registration that you did not make.
- Your phone suddenly shows no signal, which can mean someone is trying to move your SIM.
- An email saying your password or linked phone number was changed.
If you notice any of these after a call with a fake 6E Club customer care agent, call your bank and 1930 again straight away and mention the new sign.
Helping someone else
Older parents and first-time phone users are frequent targets of fake helplines. Sit with them, check their recent payments together and save 1930 in their contacts. A shared family phone also needs a separate PIN on every payment app. More habits like this are on the safety page for families and shared phones.
Back to the Game
Fixed the problem? Sign in on the same browser you used before, or make a fresh account with 5,000 practice coins. Free, nothing to pay, adults 18+.
Breaks, Frustration and Free Counselling
Tech trouble can be frustrating, especially in the middle of a round. If you notice yourself getting angry at a frozen screen or a run of results, treat it as your cue to close the tab and come back later.
The free game is for learning and light fun, not for long sessions. Decide on a time limit before you start and stop when it ends. If the game, money stress or anything else is weighing on you, talk to a counsellor.
Tele MANAS answers on 14416, and the iCall helpline offers free psychosocial support.
Adults (18+) only. The coins in the 6E Club practice game are a learning balance: you cannot buy them or turn them into money, and nobody knows a round's result before it is drawn. Online money games have been illegal across India since 1 May 2026 under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. See our free counselling lines for time limits, breaks and free support.
Common Questions
Can the 6E Club customer care team see my account or coins?
No. Your account, coins, Club Stars and pick history are kept inside the browser on your own phone or computer. None of it reaches us, so we cannot view, change or restore any of it. That is also why no genuine helper ever needs your password.
Is there a charge for help from this site?
No. Help is free, whether you use the self-help table or write through the contact page. There is no paid priority service. Anyone who asks for a fee to fix your account or to speed up a reply has nothing to do with this site.
Why does a search show a 6E Club customer care number if the site has none?
Scammers post numbers in ads, comments, video descriptions and map listings because worried users look there. We run no phone line and no WhatsApp chat, so every number you find under that name is a fake. Do not call it, and tell us where you saw it.
My screen froze during a round. Are my coins gone?
Reload the page and open My picks to see your recent rounds and balance. If something still looks wrong, tap Refill coins to set the balance back to 5,000. Coins have no cash value, so nothing of real worth can be lost.
Can I report a fake page or app that copies 6E Club?
Yes, please do. Use the contact page and include the link or app name, where you found it and a screenshot if you have one. Reports like these help us warn other new players before they are caught out.
Will the help desk ever call or message me first?
No. This site never starts contact by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or social media. If someone reaches out to you first and says they are from 6E Club, treat it as a scam, end the chat and block them.
Wrapping Up: 6E Club Customer Care Made Simple
Good 6E Club customer care starts with you and the table above: most sign-in, coin, room and screen problems have a quick fix on your own phone. When they do not, the contact page is the single real route to this site. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp, so any number using the name is fake.
Keep your OTPs and PINs to yourself, run the five checks before you write, and use 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in quickly if a fake helper got any details. For short answers to other questions, browse the question-and-answer hub, or return to the 6E Club start page to choose your next guide.
